Terms &
Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the scope of our services, your responsibilities as a client, and the standards that guide every HULM SAUDIA engagement.

1. Scope of Services

We handle government-related administrative tasks, including but not limited to visa processing, work permits, Iqama renewals, sponsorship transfers, company registration, and other official paperwork.

  • Fees are fixed, based on government and service charges, and included in the selected package.
  • Fees are payable according to the agreed schedule—advance, monthly, or per service.
  • Payments must be completed before documents are submitted to government authorities.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
  • All company formation costs are included.

4. Processing Time

  • Processing times depend on the respective government authorities and their current procedures.
  • Our office will assist with follow-up but cannot guarantee fixed timelines.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation remain the client’s responsibility.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and documents are treated as strictly confidential.

We will not disclose information to third parties except to government authorities where required for service processing.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays, penalties, or rejections caused by government authorities, incomplete or incorrect documents, or actions of the client.

Clients must indemnify the office against fines or legal issues resulting from incorrect or fraudulent documents provided.

7. Staff & Communication

  • All services are performed by authorized office staff.
  • Clients may not directly interfere with or instruct government authorities on our behalf.
  • Our office provides updates according to standard procedure; urgent follow-ups may be requested but remain subject to government response times.

8. Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.
  • Fees already paid for services in progress are non-refundable.
  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of client misconduct, fraudulent documents, or non-payment.
